I think I’m addicted to distracting stuff (social media, YouTube, anything except what’s productive)
It feels like mental sandpaper that gets me feeling anxious when I’m relaxed and chill doing what I’m doing knowing I have things to do. I could be on Instagram, playing a game, literally fucking scrolling on YouTube, hiking, eating, gym, but when it comes to homework, cleaning the house, getting ready and dress more than 5 minutes before I have to leave, just anything productive, it feels like a mental struggle and I hate it! I might not be addicted, but omg it’s fucking impossible to get shit done!
