What do you think of the term Non-Men?

So my wife watched a video of a discussion between liberal and conservative lesbians/trans women. And the liberals kept referring to women cis, trans, nonbinary etc as Non-men. I've done a bit of digging and it does seem to be a term that is gaining traction. What do you guys think of being referred to as Non-men?
