Should an agent tell you if your commercial was reshot?

I'm not sure how to feel, should your agent tell you if the client didn't like your footage and decided to use someone else from the agency for a reshoot? I don't know, I feel like that info would be valuable feedback. The fact my agent sent someone else from the agency just seems to me like I'm just a number, not a client that is truly cared about. it sucks.
