!SPOILERS FOR ACOSF! Question about alliances…

there’s a para where rhys cassian and az are discussing feyre’s pregnancy and the possibility of tam losing it. at one point cassian and az say they need a strong ally and hence need the spring court forces. i’m finding this confusing as we’re left with the impression that his entire court is ruined and he isn’t even acting as a high lord currently. what strong forces would the spring court even have to provide? i hate loopholes so i’m hoping there’s something i missed to explain this :)
