Feeling disillusioned with my skin

I can’t seem to clear this acne on the side of my left cheek, the right cheek is still quite bad and i just don’t know how to get rid of it

i use avene moisturiser and cleanser paula’s choice bha 2 x weekly eco by sonya clear skin serum daily
