Took 4 miso tablets still no bleeding?

It’s been about 5-6 hours since I took miso but have still yet to bleed I was experiencing really bad cramps about 30 mins in and took some ibuprofen and the pain subsided but I still haven’t bled is this normal? And when should I take more pills?
