Where do you get your plug-ins?

I have been producing in for about like 4 months now and I’ve gotten better and better but I feel like my digital sound library is holding me back because I get most all of my samples from splice and then I only have serum and some piano plugins I got with my m-audio oxygen pro mini. I want to get more plug ins for everything but I just don’t know where to start.
