Appreciation Post for G-Helper
I gotta say, while it was hard at first tinkering around with G-Helper due to my limited knowledge about techy stuff, I've now realized how lovely this software is. I use my 2022 G14 for work and gaming literally every day, it's a beast. When I first bought the laptop I was scared as it was my first gaming laptop and temps would go up to 96C while gaming on high settings. That was too hot for my comfort. Now I can game on high settings on AAA games and not go past 80C with steady FPS.
I also love how I'm able to customize my profiles to exactly what I want the laptop to do. I just screenshotted this because I'm working and have a phone app + slack + about 10 chrome tabs open and youtube in the background and these are my temps and discharge
So yeah I'm really impressed with G-Helper and the fact that the developer is such a cool, down-to-earth guy. You can message him on GitHub and he will usually reply and help you out if it's something that hasn't already been addressed.
Just wanted to share my appreciation for this laptop and GHelper!
