Issues Refilling My Box of Shots—Anyone Else Experience This?

I bought my box of shots last week and asked my doctor to send in the next refill today since it sometimes takes a while to fill. I wanted to have it ready for when I need the next box. After my doctor sent it in, I received a message from CVS. I know my prior authorization expires next week, and my doctor needs to send in a new one for approval. I’ve already messaged her and reached out to my insurance, Aetna, to see what’s going on. I’m not sure if that’s the cause of the issue. Has anyone else experienced this? I had no trouble getting them last week, so I’m not sure what’s going on now.
