Holding steady at goal;
For everyone in the middle of this journey: Don’t Stop!!
Incredibly pleased with my results. Officially 113lbs down since Jan of 2024.
I’ve got several posts discussing my titration and routine but honestly I really just ate in a 500 calorie deficit. That’s it. That’s all it took.
No crazy big losses. Just a steady 2lb average per week.
My focus now is strength training and trying to firm up my body.
Size 4 jeans. Size small top.
I really like my shape. Am I perfect? Certainly not. Yes there are jiggles and loose skin - you can zoom in on my arms to see it. But I feel like I look pretty dang good for 45, three CSections, and a rapid 100+ lb loss.
Gallbladder is being removed April 3rd due to gallstones and I’ll resume Zep shortly thereafter. That’s really the only “negative” I’ve experienced since starting. Exhaustion was my biggest side effect but since I’ve increased my calories to 1500-1800 that’s pretty much gone outside of the 24 hours immediately following my shot.
Never lost my hair. Never threw up. Occasional nausea managed by pepto pills or ginger chews. Occasional diarrhea in the very early days - but just once or twice a day 3 days after shot. I’ve never missed a day of work. No constipation either except for one day when I tried a Zofran for nausea (never again).
I plan to take Zep or something similar forever.
