Absolutely cannot get over the fear of needles

Hey guys. I just got my first box today and have been super excited but when I went to give myself the shot, I just couldn’t. I’ve had a DEEP rooted fear of needles my entire life and I really thought this one would be different. When I say a deep fear of needles, I mean I was an elementary school aged child throwing 50lb chairs at doctors coming close to me. It’s really bad. Like, really really bad. I really thought this was going to be different because I’m doing it for a 110% positive reason but it’s been 3.5 hours now, three different people trying and I still haven’t been able to do it. I poked myself with a few different objects and I quite literally did not feel it but when it comes to the Zepbound needle, I just can’t do it. Please help me. Idk how people online can help me but I’m here to try anything to help.
