Heading into...Week 3

Wow. Feeling great and hopeful for the first time in years. 2 weeks down and almost 7 lbs destroyed. I have had zero side effects and even my arthritis pain has decreased. I have more energy and my mind is so much clearer. I can't wait to see what the future holds. I'm pushing for that after photo!!!! This community is so supportive and inspiring.
