Heading into...Week 2
Week 1 was great! No side effects and a loss of almost 5 lbs. I'm feeling great. Meal prepping and getting more sleep. I feel so positive I'm finally going to be able to lose this weight. It's so freeing. For the first time in over 35 years the food obsession in my head is gone. No more "what will I eat next, or over indulging to the point of self hatred." I feel in CONTROL!!!! 💙
