Is Infinity Collectibles Legit?

I am looking to buy a youtooz mangle plush but i didn’t know about it until after the pre order period. On this site called infinity collectibles it says they have the youtooz plush in stock for 39.99. Is that a legit deal or should I wait and see if anyone resells independently after the plushies ship?
