How much Pure Rokas are worth Saints heart?

I've been trying to find out how much pures are worth a heart of the saints corpse but nobody in the discord has been replying/giving feedback to my questions does anyone here know and is it safe to trade *said amount of pure rokas for heart of the saints corpse?
