Model kit paint guide?

Hi, I'm wanting to build the structure arts vol 1 pack I got. I've built gunpla before, but never got into painting. Does anyone have a guide or recommendations on which specific colors to use for these? If you've painted them I'd appreciate if you could let me know what paints you used.
