Freezing Issue Dell XPS 15 9530 2023

I purchased the new Xps15. I been getting a weird freezing issue a few mins after boot up or coming out of sleep. The laptop just completely freezes no BSOD just completely locked up. I tried wiping with a fresh install of windows without the Dell bloat and still happening. My guess it's gonna be a bios update needs to be done before it its fixed. But very inconvenient that everytime I start it up I wait 5 mins before I do any critical work just in case happens.
