Help please

So back in September I cancelled my VIP . It seems the game has been abandoned by the maker like his IG and FB and to be honest i was cutting back on my spending. So in spetember i cancelled. And in game it has stated since then that i am NOT vip. But.... I was still charged in october, i was double charged in November and I was just charged again in December. It states at the bottom of the game that i am not vip. Its np longer on my google play subscription list. I have reached out to the developer on here since it see,s to be the only active place and have yet to hear back. Aside from going to the bankk and cancelling my card and getting another what else can i do ?
