Trade System/Fantasy draft/new game

I love the game and find it highly addicting but I played so many different games the default rosters are all feeling the same. I feel there should be a Trade System when you start a new game to Trade a team for team, a main eventer for two mid carders, a main eventer for a main eventer. A aging vet like Tommy magnum for a 2 or 1 trade. And I know you can easily sign who you want and retire Tommy but I feel we should get some kinda value back and some extra creation for a new game. A long shot would be a cool fantasy draft when you start a new game that would be a lot of fun too.
