im scared, possible virus on my pc?

so i just downloaded what i thought was the official citra emulator for 3ds (https://citra-emulator.com/ ) turns out it may have not been safe, after installing it i opened the program and cmd opened up for a split second and just nothing happened, i quickly deleted the file and zip and now im in a panicked state frantically looking at everything on my pc, windows defender is doing a full scan as we speak, as i look at task manager and click on proprieties almost everything was last accessed today at around 4 when i opened the program for the first time, please help me im terrified
