Static shocked my Windows 11 laptop

I was laying on my bed playing a game before touching the keyboard again to feel a tingle in my finger. The screen instantly turned black, the keyboards glow went off, has been like that for around an hour. The charger was also plugged in if you are wondering. I'm not sure what to do as this is first time this has happened to me and my laptop hasn't turned back on. What do I to save my laptop?
