What’s the deal with Pam?

This woman’s character is beyond annoying (and brilliantly played by Morgana O’Reiley), but there seems to be more than meets the eye.

She seems very obsessed with targeting The Ratliff’s, especially Timothy Ratliff, but why?

I have seen some speculation she is working for the FBI, (more than likely it would be SEC or DOJ in his case, but I get it), but I don’t know. A New Zealander in Thailand for US? Stranger things have happened.

Is it possible she is connected to Victoria in some way?

Other speculation would be if she is in on the robberies and wants everyone’s phones for this purpose?

Does anyone else find her circumspect on the Apple MacBook?
