Are people being forced out of Perth?

Anyone else notice the regional areas, Bunbury, Busselton, Geraldton etc are getting full up? I travel alot for work, and notice these places seem significantly busier in the last 12 months. Is it because we have such an influx of immigration into the state? People can't afford the city any more so they're looking at the regional cities instead?
