Do you guys “count calories?”
When I say counting I mean like logging every single thing you consume into an app. Generally, when I eat I aim for healthier options 80% of the time but I wouldn’t say I’m counting calories (if that makes sense??) idk like I tried to do the whole logging my meals thing and it just made me obsess about it and I’d end up starving myself and binge eating. What do you guys do to hold yourself accountable for what you consume?
UPDATE: After not much convincing or responses tbh I will be resuming calorie counting effective immediately ✨
SECOND UPDATE: I see I need to give it another shot wow. I need to shift my relationship with food overall it seems. Thank you all for the insight this was so enlightening!
