Loose skin advice??
Recently I went from 230 to 160 in a short amount of time and now I have a lot of loose skin. I don't really care about my stomach skin since it's not super noticeable with pants but my underboob fat is diabolical. Is there anyway I can get rid of it and the loose skin in general? Most of the advice I've received is to start wearing waist trainers is that a good method?
