How to lose weight as someone obsessed with food?

I used to be physically fit up until I was 18 and I started gaining weight after letting myself go. I’m 24 now and I’m around 15-16 stone, 5ft 7 male. Before I gained weight I was around 11-12 stone.

As mentioned, I love food. I love cooking and eating a lot of food. I was wondering if there’s any tips to eat less but still have nice food.
