I need calorie deficit help!
If I’m trying to lose 2 pounds a week, what’s the maximum amount of calories I should eat per day?
For Perspective, I’m a 5’3 female and 125 pounds. my goal is to drop 18-20 pounds by the end of June-early July.
I typically jog at 6mph for 60-120 minutes a day and get a minimum of 10k steps along with drinking a lot of water. I’m also taking obvi pills and vyvance which are appetite suppressants and are supposedly metabolism boosters.
I’ve been doing this for about 3 weeks consistently and I have seen no change on the scale unfortunately :( what can I do to fix this effectively?
