Can't lose 15 lbs
Looking for advice from people who know what they are doing. I'm in my early 30s, 5'3"and up until about a year and half ago was alway under 130lbs. I never limited for or worried about gaining weight...just ate whatever i wanted when I was hungry. However, after a very bad break up and a lot of stress I got C-diff fall of 22'. I lost down 115 because I couldn't eat for a month. I decided I had to get healthy and started working out several times a week and trying to eat healthier and by spring I'd gained all the weight back + 25 lbs. I feel like I've tried really hard to lose it. I've gone much lower sugar than I ever have, tried to increase my fiber and veggies, and not eat out as much but it just doesn't change. I do kickboxing class twice and workout 10-30 minutes do yoga, weight training about 3 additional days out of the week. I've tried counting calories but under 2000 and I'm literally starving ALL day!!! And someone told me I need to be eating 1600-1800 but I'm miserable because I feel like I'm starving :/
