Help, I am so confused about weight loss.

Hello, I am hoping someone here could help me because I am honestly stumped today.

It's a day 48 counting calories for me, I know it's not a long time, but it's not nothing, right? I have setup all my macros and ideal daily intake with a nutritionist (one with actual medical education, the whole office is at a medical faculty so no scam) according to an InBody measuring (This actually happened last year so it could be a bit off, but not by a lot as neither my lifestyle nor weight has changed in the meantime. But I have moved in the meantime and I'm currently trying to get a recommendation to a new nutritionist from my new GP).
For a month of those 48 days I have also been going to the gym twice a week and have also been going on short-ish walks when weather permits.

How am I still at the exact same weight? I got measured first day at the gym on a smart scale and today 30 days later it's actually saying I gained 300g of fat and lost 300g of muscle. I don't really trust these smart scales, but isn't it weird that I'm still at precisely 119.9kg?

I am tracking everything religiously, weighing all I eat/drink, I cook mostly everything at home so that I know exactly what I'm eating. At the gym I usually go for 5-10 minutes elliptical and then 30-45 minutes strength training.

I'm 191cm / 6'3, 27yo, female, currently at 119.9kg / 264 lbs. I was 121.4kg at the very beginning, I have dropped the 1.5kg in first few days (water weight?) and since then nothing.
My macros are 1900 kcal, 108g protein, 218g carbs, 63g fats per day. I sometimes go 100-150kcal over, mostly on days with gym, which the nutritionist previously said is okay.

Please, help, I don't know what I'm doing wrong and I'm mostly looking for advice beyond "just keep doing this and the weight loss will happen" like the trainer at the gym is telling me :( And if it's that case then I'm looking for tips to stay motivated, as today has been a struggle
