Insulin resistance & wegovy

I have PCOS and with that lovely condition comes insulin resistance. Recently got bloodwork and my insulin is pretty high, but I just started wegovy last week and read that glp-1 medication can help. I am just curious if anyone else was in my boat and had success with weight loss?
