Shoe Color/Outerwear/Accessory Help Please?

Hi! I'm attending an outdoor/indoor barnish? wedding near Chattanooga, TN in mid-March so technically late winter, 5pm start, semi-formal dress code. This is the dress I'll be wearing (unless you all tell me it's the worst) but I'm stuck on the rest. This is my first wedding as a regular guest so this is new territory. 5'8" 127lb 36F, visible tattoos, dark hair/pale freckled skin for reference.

1. Shoe: most of the model pics show strappy heels which are a hard no from me, but one model is wearing a closed toe block heel (pic 4) which is more my speed. I usually wear flats/ sandals to events but this time I would like to wear a !LOW! block heel that's not super strappy or pointy. Closed toe is a must due to a jacked up nail on my big toe 😑 (unless...is there a such thing as a falsie toenail? Lol). Aside from the toe, my feet are very average in size/width/shape/tolerance.

Would something similar to the model's shoes or maybe some ankle booties work for the dress code? Color suggestions? I'm open to fun patterns and sparkle!

1. Outerwear: weather will likely be mild/chilly based on averages I found. I'm just not really sure what would work over this dress that would be appropriate for semi-formal. I'm a flannel/cardigan/sweatshirt kinda gal haha so I'm out of my element.

Maybe a denim or leather jacket? Fur coat? Anything but a shawl?

1. Accessories: my daily jewelry is my wedding set (rose gold) and nose loop. I do have my earlobes stretched to 7/8" which obv makes earrings difficult but the last two pics are some I already have that might work. Open to other ideas too ofc for those and for other jewelry like necklaces. What about nails? Also wondering if a small crossbody purse is okay or should I go with a handbag or wristlet instead?

Oh and should I leave my smartwatch behind or maybe find a cute strap? It's a Galaxy 7 if that matters. Very watch-y looking.

Lastly, I plan wear some biker shorts underneath. Should I try to match the dress or go as flesh/nude as possible or? Hell, can I get away with tights? Jk (maybe).
