Lineart dilemma

Hi!! I am currently working on the chapter two of my WEBTOON and I am reconsidering changing the color of the linear (Which is black) to blue. What do you think? Is it more appealing this way or should I keep it black? Because I’m changing the line art, I need to change all of the tone of the panel but I’m not sure if I should do it.
