100k Apple Promo Delivery Issues - Incompetent WS customer service

Happy for everyone who got their MacBooks, but I would like to share a bad experience with this $100k Apple promo.

I have several cameras at home. Last night, a UPS truck pulled up to my street. The driver exited and returned to the truck at 6:28 PM, but did not deliver to my property. The driver marked the item as delivered by 6:58 PM and did not take a photo. When I reached out to UPS, they tried to tell me that I'm lying until I mentioned I have camera footage.

I understand it is UPS' fault in this case for hiring an incompetent driver, but Wealthsimple not requiring a signature on packages like this is a failure on their part.

Moreover, I reached out to support today, share the cam footage with them, and they told me I cannot take out my $100k or I will face clawback. Their back office will take an undetermined amount of time to investigate this issue. This is horrible customer service, and I will have to reconsider trusting Wealthsimple in the upcoming years.

TLDR - be watchful of your apple packages on delivery day or your f*cked
