Register Problems

Hi, I recently got hired in a NJ wawa earlier last week. I started last Monday and have just been taught how to use the register. I’m usually by myself all the time but sometimes the manager asks me to do some stuff I have no idea to do. She just asks and then goes back to office. I don’t know where half the stuff in the store is lol. I’m relying on another one of my coworkers up at register to teach me basically everything and I feel like it’s just not fair to her or me. Was this a problem for anyone else? I feel like if you hired me, you should train me in the responsibilities you’re asking from me.
