[Recommendation request] I want to get my father a nice watch.

My budget is around 200-400. I can finally afford to get him something decent. Hopefully that budget allows for decent. But I was able to snag a picture of the couple of watches he has currently. And was wondering if anything could give me some good recommendations within this budget for him?
