Not sure MW3 guns are locked?

For some reason most of the MW3 guns are locked for me and some of the MW2 guns are also locked. I played a ton of both games so I know that I should have them. On top of that I don’t see an armory at all in warzone. (For locked weapons it says unlocked in armory) not even sure what this means.
