Did I do something wrong? Anyone know what the white is?

Used Salicylic Acid bandaids.

I didn't know it would turn my skin white. I put the circle part of the bandage over the wart (pic 1). And I wasn't expecting it to do this (pic 3). Does anyone know exactly what that clumpy stuff is? It looks like sweat from my armpits after a long day working on the farm ???? Obvi it's not because it's from a bandaid that was on my toe.
