Bad decisions

Don't know why the BTR-ZD got up teared from 5.3 to 6.0 cuz now Russia doesn't have a a piece at 5.3 and the BTR-152d is just not good enough to last until 6.0. it doesn't have the turret Traverse required to keep up with the plane so there's no real point of bringing an AA piece but there's nothing else to fill the slot with and considering there's an AA piece at 6.3 already and there's a 6.3 lineup for Russia not a 6.0 lineup. No you cannot count a lineup of premiums a 6.0 lineup.
