Pro tip: use stealth belts with mg151s 20mm, heres why.

have you every seen a video/clip from a pro player and ever wonder why they use stealth belts when air belts are clearly better? the air belts have 4 hei* rounds while stealth only has 3. so why do pros use stealth?

well, this all comes down to a obscure mechanic in warthunder that makes it so the first round in any belt determines the volocity of all the rounds after it.

for example:

mg151 air belts start with an ap-i round that travels at 720 m/s

while mg151 stealth belts start with a hei* that travels at 785 m/s

so the stealth belt is faster by 65 m/s. thats why alot of pro players use them.

of course thare is a learning curve to aiming and shooting without tracers, but if you have practice or you have been using mg151s for a long time give it a try.
