Methylated spirit and green stuff

As many here I’m sure do I use methylated spirit to strip paint from minis, have done for absolutely years, I need to strip one where I’ve done a ton of green stuff work. I’ve never in all that time I’ve never stripped anything with a tone of greenstuff and I’m keen to know if anyone has any experience. I’ve looked a bit and not found any advice. I should add, I want to keep the greenstuff
