WFH Challenge- team volunteering options?

My last company/job was all in office. Every year we’d volunteer as an office somewhere locally around the holidays. I always really enjoyed this activity.

I now manage a team of all WFH workers, in different states of the US. I was thinking of how we could volunteer but I’m coming up blank due to our distance.

Any ideas or suggestions on volunteering opportunities given the circumstances?
