Charging issues

So I have a 2025 hybrid xc90. One fine morning woke up to a check engine light and it only charged 9%.
I have a Tesla wall charger that I am using to charger with a converter.
Now it won’t charge. Has anyone seen this happen?? Convert or issue or Volvo issue?
