Wheel haven order issues?

Has anyone ordered a winter wheel set from wheel haven here? I ordered just before Christmas, received order confirmation and then nothing. It looks like the pending charge on my credit card is gone, so I emailed them and crickets. Anyone had issues? Or success? I need to triple check I haven’t been charged, but I need to figure out a wheelset before the next snow storm.
