is this a bad idea?

I was looking for a new daily driver that is practical but fun, and stumbled upon this. I only know surface levels about volvos but know enough to recognize that these are kinda rare in this condition. I’m a college student with limited funds, and i know that volvos can be a money pit. Can someone please give some advice on whether this is a good purchase or not?
