If enemy is full AD, should I skip Spirit Visage (RoA + Navori build)

Hi guys, for Voli top build, if enemy is full AD, should I skip Visage as the 4th item and replace it for JakSho/Randuin? Is the 25% heal/shield + some Ability Haste worth it for the Magic Resist it brings?
