Weird app bugs since switching from samsung to vivo originos, who else?

I got a live wallpaper with touch interaction disabled, yet when i touch the screen and move through the home screen, the live wallpaper is a little bit interactive.

I have "weather and radar" app, that shows a map with clouds and rain etc of my current location, and it fails to load most of the time. It doesnt show clouds, rain or anything, and the map is simply green/blue or a square of green and blue. no actual map data.

I finally have home assistant as a app (smart home) that resets to main screen when i turn the phone in landscape mode.

All these things were working fine on my samsung phone with latest firmware. Im wondering if it has something to do with webview or it being a china rom, and what can be done to fix it.

I'm also wondering if others have the same issues?
