Whole body numbness Vitamin D 12ng. Severe worsening of symptoms every time I try to supplement. Need help asap

I started having neurological symptoms a couple years ago. Panic attack feelings out of nowhere numbness started in one part of the body and spread now my whole body feels numb like a loss of sensation. I also have clogged ears and ringing in both ears. Stomach issues. Dysfunction in my whole body pretty much. Im barely holding on its been years and only getting worse. My doctors ordered Vitamin D and my level is 12ng. They want this corrected to see if symptoms get better, but everytime i take a 2000 iu and anything not crazy my symptoms get much worse. Widespread pain and the numbness gets worse. Ive tried to take vitamin d 3 times and everytime it causes a flare up that lasts for a week or two. Causes alot if pain and suffering and makes my symptoms unlivable. Does this sound like vitamin d deficiency? I just need any input possible its 2 in the morning im in pain after trying to supplement again. -Thank You All
