GTA SA - Easy Install

I've made a simple step-by-step guide to help those struggling with the San Andreas port for the Vita!

I was literally up all night trying to follow guides to get this port working, and ran into many error codes along the way. I noticed others were having the same issues as I was. However, early hours of this morning, I got it working, which inspired me to do this.
