Social Media Engagement $5/hour

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Social Media Engagement to increase engagement on over 50 social media accounts for our growing business. This role will focus on fostering meaningful interactions, expanding our social media reach, and driving engagement across multiple Facebook and Instagram accounts while capturing potential business opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  1. Engagement Management:
    • Log in to assigned Facebook and Instagram accounts weekly.
    • Respond thoughtfully to all comments, questions, and messages on posts to encourage further interaction.
    • Invite users who liked our posts to follow the corresponding pages.
  2. Networking and Relationship Building:
    • Follow local vendors and businesses on our leads list provided.
    • Actively engage with these vendors by commenting on and liking their posts.
    • Join local wedding and event planning Facebook groups in each account's area.
  3. Content Posting:
    • Post prearranged content, such as introduction posts, in local groups to promote our brand and services.
    • Ensure posts align with group rules and maintain professionalism and brand tone.
  4. Lead and Opportunity Tracking:
    • Make detailed notes of:
      • People to Reach Out To: Potential clients or leads identified through engagement or comments.
      • Booking Inquiries: Any inquiries about our services spotted in comments, messages, or posts.
      • Vendors: Vendors or businesses expressing interest in partnerships or collaborations.
    • Organize and submit these notes weekly for follow-up by the team.
  5. Analytics and Reporting:
    • Provide a weekly summary of activities, including engagement metrics, new followers gained, and any noteworthy interactions or leads generated.
    • Highlight potential growth opportunities or areas requiring more attention.
  6. Adherence to Guidelines:
    • Ensure all actions are within the platform's policies to avoid account violations.
    • Maintain confidentiality and security of account credentials.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing multiple social media accounts (preferably in the wedding or event industry).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a knack for crafting engaging responses.
  • Familiarity with Facebook and Instagram features (e.g., inviting to follow, group interactions).
  • Ability to follow brand voice and tone guidelines consistently.
  • Self-motivated and organized, capable of handling multiple tasks across different accounts.
  • Knowledge of the local wedding and event industry is a plus.
