How can I create this effect in Premiere?

I know this was shot on a GoPro Max, I have an Insta360 X3 that I can use.

I'll have the camera static in my room and record different takes, I understand how to make a clone of myself with masking but how can I create this effect that the camera focus moves around the room while switching between takes?

I'm a beginner when it comes to video editing so any help is much appreciated!
